Set in Pucón, 23 km from Ojos del Caburgua Waterfall, NI-NEWEN Hotel & Lodge offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Its a contemporary boutique lodge nestled within the araucarian forest , 20 min from Pucon. The architecture and the interior design of the place is inspiring, warm and is in perfect symmetry with its surroundings. The tranquility of the scenery . All the rooms are beautifully and sustainably designed and everything is new and well maintained. Alejandro and Cata have been wonderful hosts to us , and made us feel very welcome. The hotel offers sauna , a hot tub and massages apart from the outdoor pool . We stayed there 3 nights and it rained all the time which made the place even more magical and warm . It also has a good bar and offers home cooked meals which are delicious. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back .

The hotel staff is amazing, so caring and professional: a special thank you to Sofi, Valeria and Diego. The food was also terrific, so much so that we had every meal at the hotel! Huge thanks to Juan Carlos. I must also add that I Loved the huge and comfy bed!

The staff was extremely helpful to us, suggesting restaurants, serving breakfast early when we needed to catch a bus, lending us hiking poles, translating conversations with our Uber driver, etc.

The location was beautiful! We had an amazing view of Lago Villarrica from our apartment! Breakfast was brought to us every day and it was very generous! The staff was extremely friendly and responsive - everything was perfect and we had a lovely stay - great value, too! The whole property is well kept inside and out. Very clean and comfortable !

Nice location on the Main Street where you kind find varies restaurant and supermarket nearby. 15 minutes walking from the lake. The Hostress is really nice and she gave up an upgrade of the room for free because of that the original room that we reserved was not clean up ready when we arrived early to the hotel. Love the breakfast which is quite delicious.
