New, comfortable hotel with spacious and modern rooms(apartments), big terrace with oceanview and well equipped kitchenette. The gem of this hotel is big (25-30m) heated pool (26-28 ‘C) with very convinient entrances and enough place around for everyone, the pool is open until 20:00 so even after sunset you can dig in a warm water. Tasty breakfast , lovely staff, parking near the entrance - everything was perfect and we are considering to come back to that very same hotel.

MAR BIANCO - Gay Men Only ตั้งอยู่ในมาสปาโลมาส ห่างจากหาด Playa del Ingles Beach 2.7 กม. และห่างจากศูนย์การค้า Yumbo Centrum 1.6 กม. I’m usually very picky about my accommodations, but Mar Bianco had it all! Everything is really high quality and tasteful, with small details that make it even more enjoyable, lots of space and pretty much everything you could need during a short or long vacation. The beds are comfy, the showers huge, jacuzzi and pool open 24/7 and very cosy roof terraces for sunbathing. The staff - mega friendly and polite, not waiting to be approached for help, but noticing when you are feeling lost and offer assistance. We also had an apartment with a private terrace with lots of plants and fake grass - perfect place for breakfasts.

We were looking for a relaxing holiday in a fabulous luxury accommodation with stunning views everywhere you looked and that is exactly what we got!! The property and resort itself was immaculately presented throughout. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and made for a beautiful stay. We stayed in a ‘Sea View Apartment with Jacuzzi’ (room 233) and it was absolutely perfect - stylishly presented, enormous balcony which caught the sun all day (11am - 7pm-ish) with stunning views over the pool and everywhere you looked. At the beginning of our stay we had reason to provide constructive feedback to the Customer Services team. It was just a small but important issue which, if resolved, would make for a more enjoyable stay for both ourselves and other guests. The teams response could not have been better - they sympathised with us, thanked us for our feedback and responded immediately to resolve the small issue which was excellent to see and greatly appreciated. Furthermore, because of our inconvenience we received 2 complimentary cocktails which was certainly not expected or necessary but a really nice touch. Puerto Rico itself did not disappoint - lovely beach, restaurants, shopping centre and Mogan Mall all within 400 yards of Grand Horizon. The accommodation has specular views because of its elevated position - 300-400 yards down makes for a nice walk but although the walk back is doable we would recommend the local taxi service for around 4 euros per journey which is very reasonable. Whilst there are lots of restaurants and bars to choose from we particularly liked 2 cocktail bars which are adjacent to each other - Selvatico’s and Typsy Bee 😎 Thank you for a lovely stay - looking forward to returning soon.
